Do my guests need to install the app?
No. Share a link, a code, or a QR code and your guests join straight from the browser. Only the person creating a roll needs Yourtake installed.
How many people can join a free roll?
Private rolls are free for up to 5 people. Roll+ removes the member cap and the archive limit, so long-running albums and bigger groups keep working.
What is Roll+?
An optional subscription for bigger groups and long-running albums. It adds shared tags for filtering a roll without splitting it up, Apple Photos sync that keeps matching albums updated, premium Pip skins and habitat worlds, and the Otter Arena. One Roll+ member unlocks the games for everyone in that roll.
How do I cancel Roll+?
Roll+ is billed through Apple, so cancellations happen in iOS Settings, not in Yourtake. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then select Yourtake and cancel. Your Roll+ features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does the reveal work?
During a hosted event every photo lands in the album in real time but stays blurred, with a live countdown running. When the event ends the whole album unlocks at once, for everyone together. Guests keep shooting the entire time. Hosts can change the reveal timing, or leave the defaults alone.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile in the app and tap Delete account. It removes your account from every device you've signed in on, and it cannot be undone. Rolls you created pass to whoever joined them first, so your friends keep the album; photos you added to other people's rolls stay there without your name on them. Roll+ is billed by Apple, so cancel it separately in iOS Settings.
Who can see the photos in my roll?
Only the people you invite. Rolls are private - there is no public feed and nothing is discoverable by strangers.
I paid for an event. Where did my roll go?
Hosted events stay in your Events tab after the event ends, recap and all. If a roll is missing, or a payment went through without unlocking the event, email support@yourtake.studio with the date and the email you paid with, and we'll sort it out.
